There are several mansions in the settlement below Perkő. These include the Péter mansion, Tamás Elek mansion and the Könczei-Páll mansion, which is considered the oldest residence of the settlement. The latter, which was built at the beginning of the 17th century, was rebuilt and enlarged to its present form in the late 19th century. With its double, shingle roof it attracts attention from afar.
To the northern side of the rectangular, two-row, six-story building a narrow, columned porch, with columns in the middle, and this was later built in. In the southern part on the central axis of the garden’s side, there is a pop-up arcade portico that relies on square shaped edged pillars. The mansion has more than one owner. Only the northern and eastern spaces are occupied, the dining room and the rooms lying to the west are empty.
